Yes. Plans are month to month. If you stop, we hand over everything you need to host and maintain the system yourself.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Hours reset each month, which is what keeps the price low. If you know a bigger change is coming, we'll quote it as a small project instead.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, up or down, from the next month.
Do I need a care plan if you didn't build the system?
We only offer care plans for systems we've built or reviewed. For anything else, we look at it first and tell you honestly what shape it's in.
